Origin Makedonia. Assyrtiko 40%, Chardonnay 30%, Malagouzia 30%. An expressive wine with floral aromas, citrus and exotic fruits, with botanical elements in the second reading. The mouth is characterized by tension, a balance between acidity, mild oiliness and alcohol. In the aftertaste, the secondary elements of the aging in the barrels emerge. Goes well with mild fatty dishes, creamy textures of all types, fish, aged cheeses and green elements.
